研究领域
科研方向主要结合半导体工艺开展二维材料的纳米结构制备与微纳工艺开发研究,在六方氮化硼与碳化硅等绝缘衬底表面实现石墨烯及其纳米结构的制备与性能表征工作,并取得多项重要研究成果。期间在Nature Materials、Nature Communications和Science Advances等杂志发表重要成果。实验室现有设备包括高温管式炉、紫外曝光光刻机、Bruker台阶仪、电子枪蒸发式镀膜仪、磁控溅射仪、光学显微镜及光学表征系统等。
