Patent description:本发明公开了一种煤系岩石相似材料试样成型与加载一体化装置及方法,属于煤系气开发模拟试验技术研发领域。以圆筒形合金钢体为反力架,伺服油源向液压枕充液使其膨胀变形产生三轴推力,经承载板、压柱、活塞杆作用于试样,在六面开放腔体中心实现煤系相似材料试样成型与真三轴密封加载。承载板与钢铸填充件之间安装位移计,监测加卸载中试样变形量。X轴压柱、活塞杆中心设注气孔,可向试样中注入CH4、CO2等进行吸附、驱替及渗流试验,模拟研究煤系气开发过程。其结构简单、操作方便、材料成本低、密封加载方式安全可靠,特别适用于煤系气储层
