My current interests focus on the interaction between nanoparticles and biomolecules and the dynamic behavior of nanoparticles embedded into cell membrane. My research fields include:
[1] Nanobiophysics: Using atomistic molecular dynamics simulation, I study the interaction between nanoparticles and biomolecules, the dynamic behavior of nanoparticles in biological systems, and the special properties of confined water in nanoscale.
[2] Colloid Physics: Using the technique of multi-particle tracking and optical microscopy, I investigate the dynamic characteristics of colloidal particles under viscoelastic environment, and the relationship between the dynamic behaviors and the structures of the colloidal system.
