个人简介
王智宁,男,博士,双站博士后,中国矿业大学经济管理学院企业管理系(组织行为与人力资源管理方向)教授,博士生导师。曾任人力资源管理系副主任、主任,人力资源管理本科国家一流专业建设负责人,现任企业管理硕士点负责人。入选2023“中国高被引学者”榜单(工商管理学科),University of Delaware(USA)访问学者,清华大学访问学者,中国管理研究国际学会会员,中注协会员。国家自然科学基金同行评议专家、教育部学位中心学位论文通讯评议专家、江苏省科技咨询专家数据库入库专家,《Journal of Knowledge Management》、《British Journal of Management》等多家SSCI期刊审稿专家。2009年6月毕业于东南大学经济管理学院,获管理学博士学位,两次进入博士后工作站并获得博士后证书(2014/2017)。近年来主持/完成国家自然科学基金与国家社会科学基金等国家级课题4项、教育部人文社会科学基金与江苏省社会科学基金等省部级课题6项、厅局级及企业委托课题7项;获得国家留学基金委全额资助于2015/01-2006/01至美国University of Delaware访学1年;参与他人国家与省部级课题多项。在《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》等国内外学术期刊发表论文九十余篇(被引超5000次),出版专著3 部;累计指导各类研究生90余名。

①组织行为与人力资源管理;②知识与智力资本管理;③创造与创新管理;④战略财务与企业可持续成长。
