Abstract:论文依据计划行为理论构建了员工知识共享模型,基于209份来自江苏高科技企业管理人员的有效问卷,论文运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。结果表明:a.知识共享意图和感知行为控制对知识共享行为具有显著的正向影响;b.知识共享态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对知识共享意图具有显著的正向影响;c.知识共享态度受到组织报酬和互惠收益的正向作用;d.主观规范受到工作氛围和组织报酬的正向作用;e.感知行为控制受到技术支持和自我效能的正向作用,受到知识复杂性的负向作用。
