SBTi Targets, CDP Disclosure and Corporate Net-Zero Planning

SBTi addresses how much a company should reduce emissions, the target period and whether the target is aligned with climate science. CDP addresses whether the company can disclose credible information on climate, water, forests, governance, risks, targets and supply-chain engagement.
A credible submission requires a verified base year, target boundaries, Scope 3 screening, reduction measures, responsibilities, budgets and annual performance data.
We can support companies with base-year inventories, target-boundary analysis, near-term and net-zero target planning, Scope 3 screening, supplier engagement, decarbonisation roadmaps, CDP gap assessments and supporting evidence.
China’s policy on voluntary corporate GHG disclosure encourages market-based services for emissions accounting, key-data checking, report verification and emissions-performance evaluation. This creates a strong connection between domestic carbon-data management and international disclosure expectations.
SBTi and CDP requirements are updated periodically. Companies should therefore use the current criteria and questionnaire rather than copying a previous-year response.
The objective is not to promise a particular SBTi validation result or CDP score. It is to establish a credible, implementable and auditable climate-management system that can be updated every year.
