Carbon accounting is no longer prepared only for sustainability reports. GHG data increasingly affects regulatory compliance, emissions-trading obligations, customer procurement, financing, project applications and export requirements.
China’s Action Plan for Carbon Dioxide Peaking Before 2030 and the State Council’s carbon dual-control programme require stronger systems for corporate carbon management, project carbon assessment and product carbon footprints. Jiangsu is also accelerating the low-carbon transition of industrial enterprises. We support companies in establishing organisational GHG inventories based on ISO 14064, the GHG Protocol and applicable Chinese sectoral guidance. The work may include organisational boundaries, Scope 1–3 emissions, energy and process data, emission factors, calculation models, evidence registers and verification-ready reports.
The deliverable is not merely an emissions figure. It is a traceable carbon-data system showing where the data came from, who approved it, how it was calculated and what evidence supports it.
With experience in ISO 14064 lead verification and Singapore regulatory GHG assignments, we can support mining, energy, manufacturing, semiconductor, building-material and export-oriented companies in developing inventories suitable for internal management, customer review and independent verification.
