段益峰Professor
段益峰，博士，教授，博导，校青年学术带头人(第八批，第九批)，江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师，2008年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所超晶格国家重点实验室，美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室和北京计算科学研究中心访问学者。主要从事半导体非简谐效应及声子和电子输运等物性的研究，主持国家自然科学基金4项 (面上项目2项)，省自然科学基金面上项目1项，各类校基金8项。在 Physical Review B，New Journal of Physics, Physical Review Materials，Applied Physics Letters，Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等期刊发表第一（通讯）作者论文70余篇，SCI引用1300余次。指导研究生21人(毕业17人)，5人获研究生国家奖学金，5人获校优秀创...
