Profile
Chaogang Tang received his B.S. degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China in 2007, and Ph.D. degree from the School of Information Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, and the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong, under a joint Ph.D. Program, in 2012. He is now with the School of Computer Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology. He has been actively involved in the research community by serving as technical programme committee members for international conferences such as Globecom 2022, 2023, WSDM 2021, 2022, ScalCom 2022, 2023, WISE 2019, 2020,2021, 2022, 2023, DASFAA 2019, 2020, and Guest editors for international journals such as Applied Sciences, CMES and Electronics. He has authored over 70 publications in international conferences and journals, and received two best paper rewards from ICEBE2012 and WISE2020. He also has one monograph and one Chinese translation, respectively. His research interests include edge/fog computing, vehicular fog/edge computing, internet of things, deep reinforcement learning.
