Abstract:针对黔西六盘水煤田大河边区块煤层气井排采过程中井底流压频繁波动的工程问题,综合煤储层参数测试、三维地震勘探、水力压裂微震监测、智能化排采实时监控等数据,研究了井底流压波动类型及特征,探讨了井底流压波动的形成机理及井间差异演化的地质与工程协同控制作用,提出了抑制井底流压波动的排采管控措施,对复杂构造区煤层气井排采工作具有指导性意义.研究表明:煤层气井井底流压波动可划分为高幅低频、中幅中频、低幅高频、中幅高频4种类型;套压显现前,井底流压无波动,随着产气量快速提升及产水量快速下降,井底流压波动幅度、频率均呈现增大趋势.煤储层中气水两相流态不稳定,低导流能力裂缝“水锁”导致解吸气 积聚,“气涌”后套压快速升高是引起井底流压周期性波动的原因,深埋藏、高地应力、低渗透率、难改造煤层气藏开发过程中更容易产生严重的井底流压波动.低产水井排采前期应合理控制井底流压日降幅,在产气量快速提升前排出更多的压裂液;产气量提升过程中,可通过改变排采强度、提高套压等方式抑制井底流压大幅波动;应确保煤层气井排采过程的连续性,尽可能避免快速提产及稳产阶段长时间停抽.
