张洪祥博士：2023年6月于北京工业大学获得博士学位,博士导师徐大川教授；主要研究方向为次模优化、二次非凸优化、近似算法、并行算法设计等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目C类，博士后面上基金项目。参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目及多个横向课题的研究工作。论文主要发表在JNVA、TCS、JOCO等SCI期刊及COCOON、CSoNet、TAMC等国际会议上。担任《 European Journal of Operational Research》,《Discrete Mathematics, Algorithms and Applications》,《运筹学学报》,《运筹与管理》等期刊以及AAIM，COCOON, TAMC等国际会议的审稿人。
