个人简介
庞国辉,男,汉族,中共党员,博士,行健博士后/准聘副教授。2026年6月博士毕业于重庆大学电气工程专业,师从张志劲教授(蒋兴良团队,IEEE Fellow);英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者,师从Simon Rowland教授(IEEE Fellow)。主要从事输电线路外绝缘复杂环境劣化与失效机理、异常状态表征及检测诊断研究。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI/EI期刊论文14篇,在2024 ICHVE 国际会议上获得Sun-Grzybowski Best Student Paper奖。作为骨干成员参与国自然面上项目、国网/南网公司科技项目、英国国家电网项目等5项。担任IEEE Trans. DEI、High Voltage、EPSR等多个专业领域高影响力国际期刊的审稿人。
