李小强,男,1987年生,副教授、硕士生导师,长期从事新能源发电及其主动电网支撑、电力电子化电力系统稳定性、新能源电解制氢直流电源、交直流微网及直流微网柔性互联等技术研究,2015年博士毕业于中国矿业大学,之后前往新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究,2018年回国留校工作,直接破格为副教授,2024年前往清华大学访学,现为电力电子电能变换与应用研究所副所长、电气工程学科主任。IEEE会员、中国电源学会青年工作委员会常务委员、中国电源学会变频电源与电力传动专业委员会委员、中国电源学会高级会员、中国电工技术学会高级会员、江苏省电源学会新能源发电与电能变换专委会委员、江苏省电源学会青年工作委员会委员。2025智能电网与电力系统国际会议技术委员会成员、第10届国际电力电子与运动控制会议(IPEMC2024-ECCE Asia)Session Chair。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项(结题评为优秀)、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目1项、中国矿业大学中央高校基本科研业务费学科前沿科学研究专项1项,并参与国家重点研发计划课题1项(课题骨干),主持或参与企事业横向课题10余项。
在学术成果等方面,项目申请人发表学术论文40余篇,其中,《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics》、《IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics》、《中国电机工程学报》等本领域高水平期刊论文20余篇。以第一发明人申请或授权中国发明专利10余件。在2018年IEEE APEC国际会议中获得Outstanding Presentation Award,第十七届中国高校电力电子与电力传动学术年会获得优秀论文奖,Web of Science引用数据为1200余次,Google Scholar引用数据为1700余次,2022年度、2023年度、2024年度分别入选斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家。被聘为国际电工委分散式电力能源系统分技术委员会(IEC SC 8B)国内技术对口工作组成员(WG5,直流及交流混合配电系统),目前正在参与编制IEC标准《Guideline for the planning and design of direct current or hybrid microgrids》。
