Abstract:核心能力是支撑企业可持续竞争优势的综合学习能力,本质在于动态适应。核心能力在其演变过程中受到推力和阻力两种力量的综合作用。阻力随着时间的推移而持续增加,当其超过推力时将导致核心能力的衰败。提出了阻力产生的原因和自我强化的系统基模,通过建立探索模型辨识出催生阻力的三类具体诱因,并提出避免核心能力衰败的应对策略。
