李宗艳，女，副教授，博士，硕士生导师。

2012年6月毕业于北京邮电大学获博士学位，导师王文博教授。

2012年7月至今工作于中国矿业大学信息与控制工程学院，主要研究方向：面向下一代无线通信系统的新理论与技术研究，主要针对编码、调制技术及其在相关垂直行业中应用。第一作者发表高质量学术论文10余篇，第一发明人授权发明专利8项。获绿色矿山科学技术奖一等奖、中国煤炭工业协会科学技术奖三等奖等奖项5项。

教学方面，主要承担《通信原理》、《无线通信基础》等课程教学。获全国煤炭行业教学成果特等奖、全国“通信原理”教学案例研讨赛二等奖（第1名）、中国矿业大学教学竞赛一等奖等奖项十余项，获中国矿业大学教书育人先进个人、中国矿业大学本科毕业设计(论文)优秀指导老师、“大唐杯”全国大学生新一代信息通信技术大赛优秀指导老师等荣誉。指导学生参加“大唐杯”和“智能汽车竞赛”等科技创新活动并获奖，同时指导学生获省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目。
