江红祥，江苏盐城人，中国矿业大学机电工程学院副教授/博士生导师、矿山智能采掘装备省部共建协同创新中心副主任、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才、江苏省科技副总专家、第二届机械工程与智能制造国际会议组委会成员。承担或完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、江苏省博士后科学基金项目以及企业委托项目2项；以第1作者在《Engineering Fracture Mechanics》、《Powder Technology》、《煤炭学报》、《振动与冲击》等学术刊物上发表学术论文17篇；以第1发明人授权发明专利13件（其中国外发明专利6件）；获教育部科技进步二等奖3项、江苏省科学技术二等奖1项、煤炭工业协会科技进步二等奖2项、中国机械工业科学技术二等奖1项；出版学术专著1部。
