个人简介
教授、博导,国家级高层次青年人才、江苏省“六大人才高峰”、中国矿业大学“高端人才计划”,中国自动化学会高级会员、IEEE 高级会员(Senior Member),中国矿业大学“青年五四奖章”获得者,中国矿业大学科研育人先进个人,中国自动化学会过程控制专委会/故障诊断与安全性专委会委员,中国仿真学会智能仿真优化与调度专委会委员,江苏省自动化学会理事,江苏省过程控制专委会副主任委员,中国控制与决策会议(CCDC)专题及邀请分会主席、《Journal of The Franklin Institute》期刊AE、《控制与决策》期刊编委、《中国矿业大学学报》期刊中青年编委、《工矿自动化》期刊青年编委、《有色设备》期刊编委等。
主要研究方向为:人工智能驱动的复杂工业过程智能建模与运行优化控制;复杂系统及装备运行状态监测、风险评估与故障诊断;深度学习、迁移学习等新一代人工智能技术与机器视觉。主持国自然基金等国家级项目4项,承担国自然基金重点项目课题任务1项(矿大负责人),主持省部级及企业技术委托项目近20项。
出版学术专著2部,在人工智能、控制领域国内外期刊会议等发表学术论文近百篇。授权发明专利21件,在申请发明专利20余件,开发并投入应用工业软件10余个。获得中国自动化学会科技进步奖一等奖、中国有色金属工业科学技术(技术发明)二等奖、中国浮选大会优秀青年浮选工程师、江苏省自动化学会首届青年科技奖、CPCC张钟俊院士优秀论文奖、国际无人系统大会最佳论文奖、全国煤炭行业教育教学成果奖一等奖等10余项。
近年来共指导培养研究生60余人,指导学生获得江苏省研究生培养创新工程项目多项,多人获得国家奖学金、2020年中国过程控制会议张钟俊院士优秀论文奖、CPCC优秀张贴论文奖、校优秀毕业生等。

The main research direction is: intelligent modeling and operation optimization control of complex industrial processes driven by artificial intelligence; Monitoring the operational status, risk assessment, and fault diagnosis of complex systems and equipment; New generation artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning, transfer learning, and machine vision. Hosted 4 national level projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, undertook 1 key project task of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (led by the person in charge of Mining University), and led nearly 20 provincial, ministerial, and enterprise technology commissioned projects.
Published 2 academic monographs and published nearly 100 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and conferences in the fields of artificial intelligence and control. Authorized 21 invention patents, currently applying for over 20 invention patents, and developed and invested in over 10 industrial software applications. Has won more than 10 awards, including the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Society of Automation, the second prize of the Science and Technology (Technological Invention) Award of the Chinese Nonferrous Metal Industry, the Outstanding Young Flotation Engineer of the China Flotation Conference, the first Youth Science and Technology Award of the Jiangsu Automation Society, the Excellent Paper Award of Academician Zhang Zhongjun of the CPCC, the Best Paper Award of the International Unmanned Systems Conference, and the first prize of the National Coal Industry Education and Teaching Achievement Award.
In recent years, more than 60 graduate students have been guided and trained, and they have been awarded multiple Jiangsu Province Graduate Education Innovation Projects. Many of them have received national scholarships, the 2020 China Process Control Conference Academician Zhang Zhongjun Excellent Paper Award, the CPCC Excellent Posting Paper Award, and the school's Outstanding Graduate Award.
