祝汉城,男,副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为图像美学质量评估和多媒体情感计算等;发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一或通信作者在IEEE T-IP,IEEE T-CYB,IEEE T-MM,IEEE T-CSVT和CVPR、ACM MM等国内外高质量学术期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文10余篇;其中有两篇论文入选ESI 1%高被引论文。Google学术引用1000余次;分别主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金和中国博士后面上项目各一项;参与多项国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金;申请国家发明专利8件,其中4项授权,担任IEEE T-IP,IEEE T-NNLS,IEEE T-MM和IEEE T-CSVT等国际期刊的审稿人。英文个人主页:https://zhuhancheng.github.io/
