杨小军，男，1981年9月生，博士，博士生导师，研究员，中国矿业大学越崎学者。长期从事分数阶微积分学算子、分形、数学物理、积分变换与特殊函数、解析数论（黎曼猜想）和粘弹性力学理论方面工作。在《Fractals》和《Chaos》等期刊发表150余篇论文，撰写章10余部，在Elsevier、CRC和Springer出版《An Introduction to Hypergeometric, Supertrigonometric, and Superhyperbolic Functions》、《Local Fractional Integral Transforms and Their Applications》、《General Fractional Derivatives with Applications in Viscoelasticity》、《General Fractional Derivatives: Theory, Methods and Applications》和《Theory and Applications of Special Functions for Scientists and Engineers》等学术专著。荣获江苏省“333”第三层次“中青年学术带头人”称号、江苏省教育科学研究成果自然科学二等奖、Abel Award、Springer Distinguished Researcher Award，Award for Young Scientist，2019 Obada-Prize以及入选Highly Cited Researchers (Clarivate Analytics)（2019和2020）、World's Top 2% Scientists (Stanford University)、中国高被引学者（2017、2018、2019和2020），1篇论文入选中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。应邀担任第10届非洲数学家大会学术委员会委员、MDPI的《Encyclopedia》数学方向编委、《International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics》权威期刊副主编、《Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences》等5部权威期刊编委。Scopus h-指数为47，Web of Science h-指数为42。
