邱舒怿（1998.11-），男，汉族，安徽六安人，博士，副教授。2019年获重庆大学能源与动力工程学士学位，2024年获上海交通大学机械工程博士学位。
主要从事多相流、射流雾化、光学诊断的研究工作，以射流雾化过程中的多相流为核心科学问题进行研究，同时开发新型先进光学诊断方法。近年来，参与国家自然科学基金3项。在Progress in Energy and Combustion Science、Energy Conversion and Management、Energy等期刊共发表SCI期刊论文26篇，共发表会议论文27篇，第一作者/通讯作者发表论文22篇，授权发明专利2项。
