刘鑫，中共党员，副教授/硕导，江苏省“双创博士”，2019 年博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程专业（A+学科），长期从事新一代人工智能技术与工业过程建模方法相融合的交叉方向研究，在自动化学报、控制理论与应用、电子学报、Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement等国内外高水平期刊上发表学术论文 40 余篇。主持国家自然科学青年基金、江苏省自然科学青年基金、中国博士后特别资助、中国博士后面上基金、常州市重点研发项目等科研项目。
