个人简介

张林博士/博士后,教授,博/硕士生导师。主要从事人工智能领域的相关研究,主要研究工作集中在开发和利用深度学习、统计学习、推荐系统、信息处理等方法对生物领域中产生的各种大数据进行分析、处理、整合从而对相关生物学领域的重要问题进行探索和研究。研究领域包括RNA甲基化数据处理、特征基因识别、多组学大数据整合等。这些研究方向是近年来信息科学、生命科学等诸多领域交叉研究的前沿和热点,具有重要的理论意义和实际指导意义。目前,主持和参与国家、省部级、校内、校企合作等科研项目近10项。在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI检索30余篇。单篇最高影响因子11.561,单篇最高引用85次。担任多家学术期刊和国家自然科学基金评审工作。出版专著3部。获得国家级奖励2项。


主要研究方向:

深度学习,人工智能、大数据分析处理及预测,数字信号处理。
