姓名:马帅,副教授,先后获得中国矿业大学优秀青年骨干,中国矿业大学优秀教师(连续三年),省部级科研奖励三等奖(排名第二)等。西安电子科技大学本硕博连读, 美国Texas A&M University 访问学者, 中科院数学所访问学者,法国巴黎给高等电信(Télécom Paris)博士后;
