Liu Fengyun, female, born in June 1986, graduated from Ritsumeikan University, Japan, Ph.D. in Applied Economics. Currently, she is a full-time teacher of the Department of Finance, School of Management, China University of Mining and Technology, as well as a postdoctoral fellow of Management Science and Engineering, and a guest researcher of the Institute of Social Systems, Ritsumeikan University, Japan.

Her main research interests include real estate economy, regional economic development, geo-spatial economic relations, monetary and financial systems and policies.She mainly teaches undergraduate courses such as Finance, Commercial Bank Financial Management (bilingual), Personal Finance and Finance, and graduate courses such as Real Estate Evaluation and Fiscal Theory and Practice.

She presided over a number of research projects, including the Ministry of Education humanities and social science project, philosophy and social science project in jiangsu province, jiangsu province natural science foundation project, China postdoctoral science foundation, the basic scientific research in colleges and universities were special fund, talent introduction to start the fund of China university of mining, China university of mining "sail plan" project, etc., at the same time involved in a number of national and provincial projects.

She is in charge of one graduate education reform project of China University of Mining and Technology, and one teaching demonstration project of "curriculum ideological and political power in China".

As the first author, he has published 10 papers in academic journals, including 5 papers in SSCI journals and 1 paper in the top Chinese journal of UME.He has published nearly 10 academic papers in international academic conferences, and has served as a commentator for academic exchanges for many times. Now he is a member of World Chinese Real Estate Society, Asian Real Estate Society and China Economic Society (Japan). As a trainee of the eighth batch of "Sailing Plan" project of China University of Mining and Technology, I have passed the examination.
