黄 飞,男,工学博士,副研究员,研究生导师。2012年3月就职于中国矿业大学低碳能源研究院,主要从事半导体材料、微纳新能源材料、光电子材料、光催化及太阳能利用技术研究与开发工作。2009年12月,于武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室获得材料加工工程专业博士学位,博士期间主要从事陶瓷基催化剂载体关键材料合成与表征工作;2018年09至2019年08,于亚利桑那州立大学(Arizona State University)访学,主要从事二维纳米材料制备及原位表征研究;2005年3月至2006年8月,就职于北京通美晶体技术有限公司(美国AXT独资公司),研发部工程师,主要从事Ⅲ-Ⅴ族半导体关键材料与工艺研发工作;2010年2月至2011年12月,就职于湖北艾格太阳能有限公司(美国Evergreen Solar独资公司),研发部高级工程师,主要从事String Ribbon太阳能关键材料与工艺研发工作。迄今主持教育部技术支撑项目、国家博士后基金面上项目(1等)、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等10项纵向项目,主持横向课题8项,参与纵向及企业横向课题20余项,相关成果在Chemical Engineering Journal, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Small Structures, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science等期刊上发表学术论文83篇,其中SCI收录73篇,EI收录4篇,出版著作3部,获国家发明专利授权15件。
