高千惠，女，1985年10月出生于吉林省长春市。毕业于日本九州大学，获农业资源经济学博士学位。现为中国矿业大学经济管理学院副教授，硕士生导师，经济学系教师。主要从事国际贸易、技术经济等方面的研究。
